Terms & Booking Policy

Booking a service

• A deposit is required to secure every online booking — 20% of the service price, with a £15 minimum.
• Your chosen time slot is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment isn’t completed in that time, the slot is released and may be booked by someone else.
• The remaining balance is paid in salon after your appointment.
• You can reschedule or cancel your booking online at any time before your appointment.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is safe — refunded in full on a cancellation, or simply carried over if you reschedule. Within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is forfeited either way, and a no-show is treated the same as a late cancellation.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Gift vouchers & shop orders

• Gift vouchers and products are collected in salon — we don’t post or ship anything. Collect at any time during opening hours after your order is confirmed.
• Gift vouchers are redeemable against any service or product at Bita Hair Studio.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Each voucher is redeemed in full against a single visit or order — if the value of what you’re paying for is less than the voucher, the difference isn’t currently carried forward or refunded. Let us know in advance if you’d like to combine a voucher with an additional payment instead.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
• Product orders are paid in full at checkout, not by deposit.
• If you need a refund on an order or a booking deposit, contact us at bitahairstudio@gmail.com — refunds outside the policy above are considered on a case-by-case basis, and nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer.

Chair and private room rental enquiries submitted through this site are not bookings — they’re the start of a conversation about availability, pricing, and terms specific to your arrangement.

Using this website

This website is provided for booking appointments, buying gift vouchers and products, and contacting the salon. Please use it honestly — booking under false details, or attempting to disrupt the site or its booking system, isn’t permitted.
